Neal Caldwell – Founder, Caldwell Financial

Neal is the founder of Caldwell Financial. With over 15 years’ experience in the financial services profession, Neal has developed a reputation for delivering advice that is intelligent, personalised, and rooted in long-term thinking. His client relationships are defined by integrity, discretion, and an unwavering commitment to helping clients protect, grow, and ultimately pass on their wealth.

Neal holds a 2:1 honours degree in Accounting & Economics from the University of Bangor, Wales, and a Master’s in Finance from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow. He is a CFA Charterholder and a proud Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investments (MCSI), reflecting the highest global standards in technical expertise and ethical practice.

In addition to his financial credentials, Neal is fluent in French and holds multiple language qualifications, including DELF B1, DELF B2, and DALF C1 – a testament to his discipline and international outlook.

Outside of work, Neal is a family man, husband, and father of two. He enjoys keeping fit through CrossFit, unwinding on the golf course, and has a lifelong passion for motorsport – from motorcycles to Formula 1, with a particular admiration for Ferrari’s legacy both on and off the track.

His approach to financial planning is shaped by a strong sense of responsibility and a genuine passion for helping clients build a secure legacy.
